Estudio Duplex Vintage en el Centro para 4H Atelier

Comfortable 2 level loft apartment with full kitchen in a walkable neighborhood with lots of options for restaurants, stores, connection to metro, near Parque Boston. Secure and safe locked entrance to apartment building without any annoying reception/security staff like in larger buildings. Portable A/C unit for upstairs bedroom (not for the downstairs living/kitchen areas), which is adequate given the weather in mid-June. Helpful and friendly host who was very flexible on check in/out times. Much appreciated and would definitely stay again!

El apartamento y la ubicación están muy bien.

La información de pagos es incorrecta. Dice que no hay cargos por reserva o por pago con tarjeta de crédito, lo cual es falso. El anfitrión acepta efectivo (sin costo adicional), tarjeta de crédito (5% de cargo) o Paypal (5% de cargo). Sin embargo, el costo por pagar por Paypal fue de más del doble, y al consultarle al respecto, zanjó que eso es responsabilidad exclusiva del huesped. En el momento no me quedó más que aceptar los términos. Tampoco fue preciso con el mecanismo de recepción. Indicó que estaría en el apartamento a menos de 10 minutos de llegar.

This is a very beautiful place. It feels quite home and all the equipment were available in the kitchen. Also, the owner made sure that we have extra sheets and pillow covers. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable. The owner was also very kind and helpful.

It can be sometimes be a little loud if you are planning to work otherwise it’s fine. It’s not always but sometimes. But you can close the window and it should be fine. I like to keep windows open, and plus I was working so sometimes it was a little disturbing.

Pleasant place BUT not many good restaurants around the area.

Many drug users on the streets all around the area, bed was VERY SMALL, air conditioning was not good VERY NOISY and OLD, you had to open window to out out the air vent and every two hours change the bottle full of water from old air conditioning YOU CAN NOT CALL THIS AIR CONDITIONING in 2025, maybe 1985 it was good. I didn't use the so called air conditioning.
