Downtown cozy apartment

Amazing property - spacious and with lots of storage for clothes etc., there were only two of us however would have been plenty of room for four with the two bedrooms and large space. Great kitchenette with everything we needed to make breakfast each morning - coffee machine, kettle, pans, toaster, oil, tea bags etc. They even left us some Norwegian chocolate as a welcome which was lovely touch. The bed was super comfy, especially after long days exploring. There was also under floor heating in the bathroom which was a great addition. The host was friendly and helpful. They responded to questions quickly and even allowed us a late checkout with no extra fee due to not flying home until late which helped massively. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk into the centre which was fine for us. You can walk either down the main road or along the front by the port which was stunning each morning. There is also a coop right opposite the apartment which was very handy. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights a few times across our trip, including taking a tour one night, but the best we saw them was outside the balcony of the apartment on two separate nights! Great apartment overall and lovely experience for a long weekend away!
