Die Wohnung war genauso, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles war ausgesprochen sauber, gepflegt und kaum abgenutzt. Besonders begeistert hat uns die große Terrasse mit ihrem traumhaften Ausblick und auch die kleinen Willkommensgeschenke. Perfekt ist natürlich auch der abgeschlossene Parkplatz. Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt: Die Stadt beziehungsweise der Marktplatz sowie der öffentliche Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für größere Einkäufe ist ein Auto allerdings von Vorteil, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas weiter entfernt liegen. Der Check-in und Check-out verlief dank des Concierge-Services schnell, unkompliziert und reibungslos. Besonders angenehm war, dass uns jederzeit ein persönlicher Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung stand. Es gab lediglich zwei kleinere Kritikpunkte: Das Licht im Badezimmer ist deutlich zu dunkel, besonders wenn man sich vor dem Spiegel schminken möchte. Hier wäre eine bessere Beleuchtung wünschenswert. Außerdem liegt das Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer stärker befahrenen Straße, die direkt zum See führt. Dadurch kann es zeitweise etwas lauter sein. Uns persönlich hat dies jedoch nicht gestört.

We really liked the accommodation. The terrace and the view are simply stunning. The air conditioning kept the flat at a very comfortable temperature every day, so the hot days were followed by cool nights. The accommodation comes highly recommended for families with up to two children.

The only downside was the cleanliness (kitchen equipment).

We had an amazing holiday in this apartment in Desenzano. The highlight was definitely the fabulous balcony which was spacious, sunny, and perfect for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine while watching the world go by. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully furnished, with a very comfortable bed. It was also very well equipped with a lovely welcome pack of wine, nibbles and coffee. There was lots of information about the locality and the staff at Desanzano Loft were very helpful. The location was ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and the lakefront. Overall, a perfect base for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it!

The balcony ist amazing. The apartement is just about a 5 minutes walk from the lakefront. You don't feel the hussle of a city center, but if you have no disabilities, you can walk to every point of the city. The apartement is well equipped.

They send way too many notifications via booking. Most of them you can just ignore because the friendly staff contacts you via WhatsApp with all the nessaceties.
