409 - 3 bed - Treehouse unit - Spruce Peak at the Base of Stowe Mt Resort - Sleeps 9

The apartment was just as pictured and very comfortable for our group of seven. Our teenagers were impressed with the chic furnishings and we enjoyed the unique artwork displayed throughout the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked. The front of the building was just a one to two minute walk to the main part of the Spruce Peak village. We had access to the pool and hot tubs at the hotel, with changing rooms available in the pool area. The ski valet was a nice perk.

Our stay was during February school break. I was disappointed that the condo building itself felt dark and sad compared to the festive main part of the Spruce Peak village. The main part of the village was magical, with music playing and twinkling lights all around. We could see that there were strings of outdoor lights on the exterior of the building where we stayed, but they were not turned on, and the sidewalk lighting on the short walk to the main part of the village was also not turned on. This made us feel disconnected from the fun and festivity.
