Jackton Distillery Steadings

Spacious, very clean and well equipped. Bed very comfortable with good pillows, plenty plugs, good WiFi and excellent shower! Welcome pack very informative and had everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful location too. We also opted for a tour of the distillery and it was fantastic! Staff incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about their work.

One little issue would be the suite we were in didn't have a cooker, there was a microwave but that isn't always ideal for making meals. I think some of the other suites have an oven? Would be nice for all to have those facilities. Also it would be good to have recycling bins within the suites because the welcome pack stated the importance of recycling but there wasnt clear bins within the suite, only bin bags.

Simply no better place to stay in the area. Can not fault at all. Staff, location and property all amazing

Lovely interior (really wow) and the bed was super comfy. The shower was amazing and the shampoo etc was lovely. The game by the bed, the milk and coffee and the dish stuff were really nice touches. The blinds were pretty dark so we got a good nights sleep. Thanks for the high chair too! The restaurant they recommended was very good (Mekong) and best advised to book at least for a Friday night.

It seems pretty new so I think they’re figuring some things out - eg we had a leaky sink, they’re missing some stools at the breakfast bar so nowhere really to eat, and the cupboard with the boiler in it could do with a child proof lock as some items in it hot to touch (you get invisible ones so it wouldn’t spoilt the aesthetic). A pan and brush would have been helpful and more than 2x cutlery. I’m sure they will sort through these things in time and it was a very comfortable stay.

Property was superb. Everything about it ticks all the boxes. It was spotless! Super clean and fresh. I would definitely stay again.
