L’exposition de la terrasse qui ne permet pas tellement de profiter d’un moment au soleil.

The location is excellent with Lido's travern across the street a nice spot for a poncha in the evening, the apartment is newly renovated and has everything you need including a dishwasher which was really useful, the rental agency is responsive on WhatsApp and free parking although a bit tricky but a huge plus
Lack of AC during hot August days/nights was a bit uncomfortable but the rental agency provided an extra fan after the first night which was appreciated, the free parking spots can be bit cramped and tricky and we were not able to store our luggage on the last day
