L’exposition de la terrasse qui ne permet pas tellement de profiter d’un moment au soleil.

Location was great, the place was clean, and the host is nice.
The parking is only available if you get lucky, but the shared parking lot stays full so you're stuck paying for street parking. There is no beach as close as they say, there is ocean, but no beach, and you have to go through a paid pool to access the ocean that they claim is a close beach. Close to the beach and free parking we're big selling points for us, so these two things were a big letdown.
