Lovely clean apartment in a great location. The interior was comfortable and well equipped (both the smart TV and the washing machine were better than home!!) and we had a large patio area where we had both sun and shade. The beds were comfy and both bathrooms were well appointed. There is a decent underground car park and any number of nearby bars and restaurants to choose from. The apartments are also a very short walk to the Lido swimming area. However, what made the apartment so special were the staff and in particular the manager Nelson who was incredibly kind when I had an accident (not at the apartment!) and who gave us so much help and support to get everything we needed to sort everything out. It made a huge difference to how much we were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday, so Nelson, a huge thank you for everything!
