Le ménage à été négligé. Nous avons dû le refaire le lendemain matin. 1 heure à deux personnes. Appartement très bien équipé. Vue sur-mer magnifique. Calme. Parking privatif car la ville est payante de 9h à 19h.

Appartement coquet,bien situé,agréablement aménagé, bien équipé.
Aller à la Rochelle chercher les clés !Foncia n a pas du tout été à la hauteur : plan d accès inadapté, accès à la piscine non communiqué, arceau du parking impossible à ouvrir et non réparé à notre départ,climatisation hors d usage et pas réparée (39 degrés !)Le ménage pas vérifié (cuisine grasse,douche ,vaisselle et salon de jardin sales) l annonce disait accès PMR pour le parking donc on imagine une location avec ascenseur et non,il faut porter valises et courses.accès wifi payant de nos jours !!
