Apartment in small condominium on the ground floor of 57m2 in the heart of Chatelaillon, 20 meters from the beach and 3 minutes walk from the market.
Casino 3 minutes away.
Convenience store at the end of the street.
Station 5 minutes walk with TER lines to La Rochelle.
2 bedrooms: 1 140 cm bed / 2 bunk beds in the other.
Equipped kitchen: fan-assisted oven, 4 ceramic hobs, combined fridge-freezer with 3 drawers, washing machine with 7 kg window, dishwasher, microwave.
Living room with TV, 3-seater sofa, dining table for 6 people.
Shower room with WC.
15 m2 terrace with garden table, parasol.
Wifi access included.
No smoking.
Public parking nearby, non-paying street.
Kit for cleaning (bleach, floor product, dishwasher tablets, window product, chamois provided if you want to do the cleaning yourself at the end of the stay).
Iron with side table.
Rental 2 nights minimum except July - August 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
Deposit: check for 500 euros on arrival at the premises (not cashed, returned at the end of the stay if everything is in place).

Logement très bien équipé, emplacement génial. Arrivée et départ très pratique. Dommage qu'une chambre soit traversante et la deuxième sans réelle fenêtre. Pas trop gênant pour un week-end.
