Huge 2-bedroom residence at an unbeatable location with endless views and set right on the longest beach in Cape Town!

Beautiful well equipped apartment with very nice sea view. Excellent security. Very clean. Elevator a plus.

The doors and windows difficult to open and close. The wifi which does not reach the bedrooms. The twin beds are single not three quarter and mattresses a bit hard.

When arriving at the property, there was nobody to check us in. The security guard was illiterate and could not assist me. I was never sent a QR code for checking in purposes. The security guard did explain that he was only filling in for someone that was on lunch. Eventually the security guard on duty arrived, and was flustered by the amount of people checking in. He was totally overwhelmed. He could not type out names correctly and the English language was a challenge. Our host from MUI arrived and assisted in a friendly manner, took us up to our unit and explained everything to us. She was lovely and quite embarrassed about the checking in incident.

Check in could have been better. Ground staff were very rude. One morning we were shouted at by some of the cleaning / ground staff for reversing a vehicle, out of the parking lot. This was mentioned to the hostess and leasing company MUI
