The location near the Superstition mountains is wonderful. It’s a quiet neighborhood. You have quick access to hiking trails out at Peralta trailhead, or off Hwy 88 / the Apache Trail. The bed was very comfortable. There’s a large fridge with freezer.
There’s NO dining table inside, not even a tiny one. If it’s warm enough, you could haul your food to the outdoor table with metal chairs. There’s not a complete kitchen with stove & oven. But there’s a large countertop, and you put the various cookers like 2-burner hotplate and airfryer/toaster on the counter to cook. The sofa was not comfortable. There’s NO washer & dryer. There’s no view of the Superstitions from the apartment. But that’s okay, since it’s a quiet place, and we went hiking most days. The owner has raised the prices since we stayed Dec 2025, and it’s not a good value now.
