About this house rental
House sits on a beautiful parcel with an amazing view of Superstition Mountains! Plenty of room inside and out! It is quiet, spacious and a perfect place to hide out from “Old Man Winter”! Only a couple miles away from numerous hiking trails into the wilderness and private access to trails right from the house!
Must love horses, but not required to have horses. Neighboring property is a small very well kept seasonal RV campground that caters to retirees/vacationers who bring their horses from the cold country to enjoy riding on the trails in the warm AZ sun!
The house is fully furnished and is 1,920 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 1 offices, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Central heating and cooling, Streaming TV ready, WiFi provided through satellite dish, BBQ and two covered parking spots.
Owner is always available to help with any questions or needs.

We had an awesome month with Josh, really enjoyed our stay. Quiet location yet not too far from shopping or hiking. Josh is a great host, friendly and easy to contact at any time. Already booked for next year!

This property was fantastic. I am so glad we found it when we made the choice to leave Minnesota for the rest of the winter.
Josh was a fantastic host! When the internet went down he got it fixed same day.
It was a perfect work from home vacation spot. Internet was fast and reliable and there was a spare room to use as an office.
Country enough to be away from the crowd, but close enough to town where even Walmart delivered.
Trails to walk on around property and a large park just down the road.
Hope to return and explore more next year.
