beds were clean and place was well set out
they said it had a sofa bed but there was no linen for it, so we had to raid the other beds to use it, which wasn't ideal. Sofa bed needed to have its own bedding and a thick quilt or something to put over the big join in it. Guest on that bed did not have a good night

Short distance from airport. A nice cafe nearby.
Parking was a bit confusing as tradesmen used ours in the morning. a little hard to see the street number in the morning.

location to airport
lack of comfortable lounge seating for 4 people, a deep clean would be beneficial, towels were very thin, no dish cloth , no light bulbs in bedroom lamps ,staying 1 night was enough.
