The space is reasonable, with modern amenities like a microwave, a dishwasher, washer-dryer. The property manager is not nosy and lets you be to enjoy your stay as you like.
The location is close to the 125th hub and close to the B-C-D and 2-3, so as a former New Yorker I was able to get around very easily.
There are also a lot of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores around.
Almost all door handles are broken. The chain lock on the front door being broken too is a safety risk.
The main bedroom’s windows are at the front of the building, on the ground floor, which means you can hear all the traffic and noise from outside. I had to sleep in the smaller room located on the other side of the apartment.
The building itself is quite noisy, since the walls are thin you can hear all the neighbors movements, from doors slamming to people going up and down the stairs.

Apartament w fajnej lokalizacji, blisko do stacji metra, 15 minut spacerem do central parku.
Brakowalo niektorych rzeczy na przyklad wiecej szklanek czy kubkow. Nie działał czajnik. Mieszkanie już trochę zużyte, sporo rzeczy uszkodzonych

Nothing much honestly. It was quite expensive for what you got.
There was a dried up piece of gum on one of the shelves in a bedroom. I don’t think the blankets were washed even as there were hairs and other things all over the beds. There was literally no communication possible with the host. I asked them multiple things via chat and never got a response, only automated messages regarding check in and check out.
