It had everything we needed and everything was clean. About a 10 minute walk from the MTA and you are definitely in the local neighborhood. There are not many tourists. It is small but a great space. Owner was quick to respond.
It snowed/black ice while staying here and the owner did not scrape the sidewalk and I fell down and got a very big bruise on my knee. Could have better lighting on sidewalk too.

The location if perfect. Very accessible to the subway and bus stops. The room is clean and super quiet.
The internet/wifi is super slow!!!!!!!

its close to everything Hot water There is no street parking. I had to double park in front of the gate to get my belongings. I was only given about 50 mins to block the driveway.
That it was cold. The Mexican woman does not know how to properly clean .Lots of hair in the shower, and on the floor. Stringly hair was in the bed too. I kept all the pictures . I believe they put the same linen back on the bed instead of switching it up. Linen is dingy. Does not do a thorough job. The oven doesn't work and only two burners were working
