Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, hot water, helpful and responsive host.

It’s up 3 flights of stairs. I can’t 100% remember seeing an elevator. If you’re old or injured, double check to see if there is one.

En general la estancia estuvo bien, buena ubicación.

Un poco falto de mantenimiento y olores muy fuertes como a cañería, de muy mal gusto.

Authentic flat in good location, with well equipped and nice kitchen, and one shared toilet and shower which was OK. It was cleaned daily and professionally. With some luck for quiet and friendly other guests, also my second time here was a very pleasant experience.

The only thing I disliked was that at about 10am, when I had to re-enter the flat as I forgot something there, I could not see a single number at a key-code lock. While this is irrelevant to most, as only very few may enter the flat in the morning in summer, I find it worthwhile to note as it is not so difficult to improvise enternig the code without seeing the numbers at the lock, but it needs some sort of preparation before or luck with improvising.
