Communication Chintha was easy to communicate with and responsive to our messages before, during and after our stay. Her instructions were clear and timely regarding the property address, code to the front door, etc. Accuracy We noticed there has been some improvements to the property since the photos were posted on the booking.com website. Cleanliness The property was very clean and tidy. Location The accommodation is in a very good location, within walking distance of shops and is nice and quiet. Amenities The provision of washing machine and dryer was a big plus. Check-in/out Check-in and check-out was easy. We left the property clean and tidy. Value The accommodation was reasonably priced. House Rules The house rules were reasonable. We put our rubbish into the correct bins provided as requested.
The bunk bed in the second bedrrom was a bit squeaky. Though on the plus side, it would be easy to hear if your kids are trying to sneak out of bed! :-)
