Situated in a prime location, just a 5-minute stroll to Corrigans and Caseys beach, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, Catalina golf course and a 5 min drive to Batemans Bay Wharf and town centre. This property is aimed at anyone who likes a trip away including Mountain Bike enthusiasts, as its access to Curtis Road Trail Head which is only a 5-minute ride. The property is equipped with a fully functional double garage that has been converted to Mountain Bike workshop to allow for repairs, maintenance and the ability to store your bikes securely after a long day riding.

We have surfboard racks, space for fishing gear with a freezer downstairs for bait and fresh fish along with a side access driveway to park additional cars, trailers and a boat is depending on what activities you enjoy.

The Bike facilitites in the garage were top notch, thank you! Location super close to stores, main drag, and the trailhead at Mogo Trails, perfect. Parking, kitchen, living quarters, patio, all very nice. The cleaners forgot to clean the grease from kitchen counters and the crumbs from the coffee table, but the floors, bedrooms and bathrooom were all clean. One bathroom for 3 bedrooms of people was a little tight.
