La casa està ubicada al mig de Normandia, excel·lent per desplaçar-se. Està a un lloc molt tranquil, fora del nucli. El poble al que pertany és molt maco, i té un riu on es realitzen diferents activitats. L'allotjament disposa de tota mena d'utensilis: rentavaixelles, rentadora, torradora, cafetera, microones,... No té planxa. També hi ha jocs infantils. A l'exterior hi ha un pati amb tendal, un petit parc dins del bosc i barbacoa. El tracte amb el propietari va ser molt correcte (en anglès en el nostre cas)

La campagne et le dépaysement
ménage à revoir poussière ,toile d'araignée du r d ch au dernière étage mouchoir sale au sol et alèse sale chambre avec balcon plus vaisselles pas nettes que nous avons refait . Tout le restant était parfait .
