離地鐵近～走出來有7-11~整體空間不大～但是4人大行李～移動一下夠用！整體算乾淨舒適！ 廁所乾濕分離～有洗衣機／冰箱/餐具煮水！簡單電磁爐也方便！走出去就是馬路～雖然已經算住宅區假如你是需要完全安靜的話可以選別間/整體除了客廳假如多一個窗簾會更好外價格實惠沒有太多問題：）

房間兩張雙人床，客廳空間沒有很大，整體來說兩人住剛好。有小廚房，微波爐，吃東西方面不用擔心。位置距離新御徒町站走路約三分鐘內，很方便，十五分鐘也可以走到御徒町。
浴室沒有乾濕分離，如旅伴為異性稍微有點尷尬。因為位置於一樓，如果對於聲音很敏感的人不建議。要小心房間內的燈，起床時容易撞到。
