Mieszkanie bardzo się sprawdziło na potrzeby rodzinnego wyjazdu komunijnego - trzy osobne sypialnie są bardzo dogodne. Świetna, cicha okolica, lokal położony o 100 m od stacji metra, a jednocześnie z prywatnym miejscem parkingowym za szlabanem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Wystrój i stan techniczny mieszkania mocno po dacie. Można tu przenocować, i to raczej jedną noc, nie więcej - ale mieszkać nie polecam nikomu. Wiele elementów jest mocno zużytych, a drzwi balkonowe w ogóle się nie zamykają. Brakuje też takich rzeczy, jak np. ręczniki kuchenne.
