Had a few issues with receiving the final email with Wi-Fi details, etc., but Vanessa was wonderful with communication and enabled us to receive what we needed, find the Lock Box for key pickup, etc. My husband's only "complaint" (if you could call it that!) is that there were no tea bags (only an open box of green tea, which he doesn't drink, lol).

Great location and good pool and spa facility
That we could not get any assistance from the front desk and had to travel to another location to pick up and return the keys
