Excellent location on the esplanade. Great views. Very comfortable beds. Lovely outdoor entertaining area overlooking the beach. Spacious, light apartment. Great coffee in cafes adjacent to the property and excellent restaurants in the area.

There were some (very obvious) revolting ‘stains’ on the display cushions on the main bed and another on the sofa. There were a lot of bugs that came out at night and a big gap under the entry door. Whilst bugs are prevalent in the sub-tropics, it’s easy to discourage them with surface spray on entry points and good seals. There was surface spray in a drawer, which I used and also blocked the gap under the door - had no more problems, but it should be a standard procedure for the cleaning crew. 2 Queen size beds - when there is space for Kings. A key lockbox onsite would make life easier. Larger car/SUV won’t fit in the garage.

Location. Close to everything. Beach and views were excellent.

The property is exactly (if not better) as it looks on photos. Great location, great view, modern, very spacious, clean, comfortable… the private parking spot was a great bonus too
