Paringa 2 Bedroom Top Floor Beach Front Apartment

The apartment was large, fresh bright and clean with a fantastic million-dollar view of the beach and a lovely large balcony for a glass of wine at day's end.

The main bathroom shower doesn't have a fully enclosed screen, so a lot of water runs onto the bathroom floor. This has to be cleaned up after every shower. The owner should install a screen door that fixes this. There have been many comments from previous guests about this issue. Also, unfortunately when I stayed (for four days), on a couple of days there was construction noise coming from the renovation of a downstairs apartment.

Having to pick up keys in a different location. This meant we had to drag our luggage to the apartments

Stairs, overbearing security.

There were several maintenance issues which we reported directly to the booking office. However beware, for people who have problems with stairs, especially with suitcases, there are fifteen leading up to the entrance, then another eight down to the lift and another eight when you get to your floor. Also, they don't supply face flannels so if you use one, take one!
