Paringa 2 Bedroom Top Floor Beach Front Apartment

View close to everything large enough for family

Bed are starting to be a little worn Furniture couches ect need a good cleaning

Excellent location. Lovely view over the beach. Close to everything but down the quieter end of Palm Cove so not noisy at night.

There isn’t any onsite parking. This is clearly stated when booking. We were able to park very close so wasn’t a big concern

Apartment is lovely and light with beautiful view. It was very clean and kitchen well stocked with cooking items and crockery. Very comfortable and easy to access.

Dishwasher leaked all over floor on first use. Plug in kitchen sink leaked so we couldn’t wash any dishes. Plug was replaced but it still leaked (not as badly). Dishwasher didn’t get fixed during our stay. Looks like a TV is supposed to be in main bedroom but it wasn’t there. Key got stuck in balcony sliding door and we had to request help to grease the lock to get key out. Unfortunately the umbrella in the pool area is broken so we couldn’t use it.

There were several maintenance issues which we reported directly to the booking office. However beware, for people who have problems with stairs, especially with suitcases, there are fifteen leading up to the entrance, then another eight down to the lift and another eight when you get to your floor. Also, they don't supply face flannels so if you use one, take one!
