天王寺 - USJ 30 min, Direct KIX, 5min to station - XS32

The area compensates for what the unit doesn’t have. No washer? There’s a coin laundry just around the corner and another 24-hr coin laundry near the station (10-14min walk away). Beds and pillows were comfortable, plenty of pillows which we appreciated especially since my husband needs a few to prevent snoring. There are 2 toilets so even if we’re only 2 people, we don’t have to wait for the other to finish their business and can use both at the same time. The house has excellent insulation against winter so we found ourselves sweating in the middle of the night even w/o the heater and just using the comforters and thick sleepwear. There’s a kitchen where you can cook especially if you’re staying for a few weeks. Owner replies fast during office hours also. If you don’t mind walking, Dobutsuen-Mae station is about 10-14mins (depends on how fast you walk) and Tennoji station is about 15-18mins. Tennoji area has a Q’s Mall that has almost everything you need especially a supermarket (although there’s a Tamade near the house, about 3mins) but the one in the mall is bigger of course. There’s also a Yamato luggage delivery office near the house which saved us from lugging our luggage all the way to the airport. We just sent it via Yamato via airport pickup.

I told the owner that i wish there was a rice cooker for easy cooking of rice and to keep the rice warm. A toaster will also be great since Osaka has so much great pastries and bread, heating it in a microwave is wrong. A few fixes with the chairs and toilets are also needed (also mentioned this directly to the owner).
