Zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Einigermaßen sauber. Lage recht zentral. 2 Bahnstationen weiter sieht alles ganz anders aus.
Die Lage ist mit Kindern nicht wirklich empfehlenswert. Rotlichtviertel mit reichlich Bars. Schon wirklich speziell. Wer glaubt es gebe keine armen Viertel mit all ihren Schattenseiten in Japan nicht , sollte sich hier mal umschauen. Aber so ist das Leben. Insofern ok.

I loved the location. You get to see real every day locals going about their day and it's close to the train station, food, and markets. Comfortable room and basic facilities but clean and convenient.
At first it was a bit hard to find. It's a little bit noisy and in a red light district so you'll get all kinds of interesting characters so can be a bit off-putting to some people who aren't used to it.

Value for money. Very responsive host. Has microwave, fridge, and some utensils.
Not a very good location. It is located at streets with a lot of bars & drinking. Only provide reusable slippers which are quite smelly.
