Home2Book Stylish Apt with Terrace in Santa Cruz

We live on Fuerteventura so when we take a break we enjoy renting city centre apts. Not bothered about sea views or beaches but like being close to restaurants, public transport etc and this apt ticked all the boxes. What we were not expecting was the superb quality of this apt. It has obviously just been completely refurbished and was like walking into an IKEA show house! Everything felt(or was) brand new, fridge, microwave, cooker etc Shower that worked, TV and internet, bedding and towels and wardrobe space(with hangers). What made it really special was finishing touches, sugar,coffee kettle,toaster and shampoo and shower gel in bathrooms. The outside area was fantastic and didn't even get round to using street view balconies. Aldi, superdino and tram stop at la Paz and range of restaurants a few minutes walk away. Cannot praise this place enough, only disappointment was we were not staying longer!

It is a second floor building and the 44 steps were a bit of a bind. Do not book if you have walking problems or a lot of luggage. Parking can be a hassle but that is city life.

Cheking entrada a las 15h. Y salida a las 12h pero se presentaron a limpiar 1 hora antes.

Good location for the tram. The outside terrace was lovely.

It was cold in the apartment with no heating. There was only one toilet roll and the shower gel was empty. The wifi code was long and complex so we didn't bother to use it. The description didn't describe the number of stairs to get to the apartment, not recommended for anyone with climbing difficulties or big suitcases. The microwave was not "intuitive" and we couldn't find a manual to help.
