No dedicated parking spot, but this is how it is in Jersey. We managed our way.

Felt a little watched during the stay we were constantly contacted whenever anyone even came to the door of the property deliveries etc a little more privacy would be appreciated as the site ensures guest are held accountable for rules that should be handled appropriately after the trip .

The beds were comfortable, although they sit very low, about a foot off the floor. The bathroom and shower were spacious and nicely decorated, which I appreciated, though the water pressure could be better. The living room setup is very low to the ground, including the couch, which is almost floor-level. The chairs in the living room, however, were quite uncomfortable and lacked padding.

First, check-in took over 30 minutes due to being provided the wrong access code. During that time, no one onsite was able to assist or resolve the issue efficiently. Additionally, communication was difficult—while I respect that staff may primarily speak Spanish, there needs to be a reliable way to assist guests who do not, especially for time-sensitive situations like check-in. More importantly, the listing advertised a washer and dryer as available amenities. However, upon arrival, both were locked behind a combination and were not accessible at any point during our stay. This was a major issue, as there were four of us and we specifically relied on having laundry access. The listing was therefore misleading. There were also numerous cabinets throughout the unit that were locked with combinations. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment, as it felt like we were restricted from using large portions of the space. Parking was another major concern. The area has extremely limited availability, with many fire hydrants, driveways, and restrictions throughout the block. We consistently struggled to find parking. In addition, traffic in the area is very congested, making access even more difficult. Overall, the combination of inaccurate listing details, lack of accessibility to advertised amenities, and logistical challenges made this stay frustrating and below reasonable expectations.
