Comfortable beds and couch, newly renovated facilities, ground floor location. Pancakes and waffles for breakfast. Internet wifi was good. Wallpaper in living room and bedrooms with sights of NYC helped give the illusion of a window.

No ability to open curtains for natural light due to no privacy layer with lace curtains, which created an unpleasant smell in the apartment. Some room freshener or incense sticks would have helped immensely to disguise the smell. Some of the pots didn't have handles on them creating a safety risk of burns. No cleaning brush for the toilet bowl. No dryer sheets. Excessive noise upstairs with noisy children and running around late at night/early morning. Streaming services for the television were intermittent and Netflix never worked. Floors needed a sweep as edges around the house were dirty.
