L’appartement est fonctionnel et la literie confortable, logement conforme aux photos Propriétaire arrangeant pour ce qui était des heures d’arrivées, suite à un changement de train imprévu nous avons pu arriver plus tôt.
Le seul point négatif était le manque de climatisation et nous sommes venus pendant la canicule donc nous avons eu très chaud. Il y a cependant des ventilateurs qui suffiront par des températures plus clémentes

La proximité avec le Stade de France. Le canapé, une fois déplié, fait office de vrai lit. La pièce offre un peu d’intimité grâce au rideau et au store. Logement fonctionnel. Personne très réactive aux messages. Lieu calme
La rue ne donne pas une très bonne impression. Les marches, à différents niveaux, surprennent la première fois. Il y a trop de portes dans la salle de bain.

The kitchen was well setup appliances wise and there were enough dishwasher tabs and rubbish bags available.
This place may only be truly comfortable for two people. We lived there as a group of 4 and the 2nd “bedroom” is just a very (!) squeaky sofa behind the curtain next to the kitchen that accompanies every move a person makes with loud snaps or squeaks and makes it almost impossible to sleep. There are no wardrobes or proper shelves available in the apartment. The rest of the furniture is very fragile due to its age or previous usage.
