Suit of Naithon beachfron apartment

We had such a wonderful time at the Suite of Naithon! The location was perfect—literally a one-minute walk from the beach, with shops, pharmacies, massage salons, and everything else we needed nearby. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos: bright, spacious, clean, and cosy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable longer family stay. The host was very welcoming (thank you for the snacks~~!) and responsive, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We did encounter a few minor maintenance issues when we first checked in—some light bulbs needed replacing, the shower faucet was leaking, and one of the AC units was not working. However, the host responded very quickly, and everything was resolved within 24 hours, which we really appreciated. The pool and recreation area in the centre of the condominium complex was an absolute gem! It was suitable for all ages, with the water deep enough for proper swimming while still being very family-friendly. The whole area was beautifully maintained, clean, and picturesque, with the staff taking great care of it every day. We miss this place already and very much hope to be back soon. Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely!

This apt is amazing, huge and close to the beach. There is everything you need. Lovely swimming pool. The host is very responsive.

Отличное расположение. До пляжа от номера буквально сто шагов, рядом круглосуточный магазин Топс, хорошие кафе и рестораны. Большой бассейн и тренажерный зал для желающих поддерживать форму. В апартаментах есть достаточно посуды и техники для комфортного проживания большой семьёй или компанией. Удобные большие кровати и хорошие подушки. Лариса любезно предоставила нам дополнительные одеяла. Просторная терраса для вечернего отдыха. Огромные апартаменты - места хватит всем!

Персонал комплекса плохо обслуживает технику и уборку делает так, что пришлось при заселении звать переделывать уборку на кухне. Балкон тоже не очень хорошо убирали, перила грязные в копоти от соседних мокашниц. Также пришлось самим прочистить пылесос, стиралку и посудомойку, похоже, технику они вообще не обслуживают. Часть лампочек не горит. Счёт за электричество точно не порадует. В дождливый сезон за 2 недели больше $100 несмотря на редкое использование кондиционера, видимо лампочки все не экономичные.

The accomodation was incredible. We really appreciated the comfortable space rooms and the very approximity to the beach and to the centre of NaiThon. Regarding that it would be the accomodation of the dreams. But we had some issues which spoiled the impression.

From the first day there was a problem with electricity and ACs on the two rooms. AC was fixed after one week and the half but lights have not been repaired until the end of our stay. The big surprise was at the end when we were suppose to pay a large sum for electricity consumption. I was aware of the payment and normaly prepared for that. But the payment was really huge amount of money. The price for electricity should have been calculated by 10baht per unit, but they used some koeficient and multiplied it by 20, which made the sum extremely high, and we weren’t told that in advance. It’s really pity because our first impression of the property was very good though
