About this villa rental
This gorgeous villa sits atop a hill with a beautiful panoramic view of a peaceful beach. Suitable for relaxing, celebrating, or as a base to tour. You have full use of the place with 3 rooms. Housekeeping included.

Guest Access
There is a separate room in the house set aside for the owner and will be unavailable for use. Owner doesn't live on premises, but is periodically in or hosting you. You still have access to all the facilities.
The upstairs kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware and dinnerware. Please provide your own food if you wish to cook. Or we can also buy things for you if you don't mind to compensate for big shops (like going to a western market), 500 baht per trip. Local small shopping is fine.

The Neighborhood
This house is set in a local, quiet Thai neighborhood with only a number of bungalow resorts nearby. The Naiyang Reserve Beach area has been protected from major development and maintains a serene setting for your getaway vacation.
Please note that some of the land around the neighborhood is for sale and some has been sold. Let us know if you are interested in buying or investing and we'll get you in touch with the developers.
Getting around
We can hire a car for you at friendship prices, as we have a longstanding relationship with one of the local car rental companies. Prices depend on the season.
Motorcycle is about 300 per day. FAIR market prices.
Driver with car (about sixty US Dollars for a 3-4 hour excursion)

BARBEQUE AT THE VILLA
A barbeque grill is available if you want to cook for yourself. We can do the shopping for you at cost of ingredients and charcoal, plus a 300 Baht tip to our housekeeper.
If you want us to do this all for you (prepare, cook, serve, clean), then the charge is $25 in addition to the shopping costs and time.

We LOVED staying here!
Highlights:
- Fast and easy walk to the beach.
- THE BEACH! There were hardly any people there, it's very natural, and it's got a beautiful forest right behind it. Walk a little ways through the trees and there are a bunch of vendors with some awesome food and souvenirs.
- The pool was always clean and the kids especially had a blast swimming.
- There's a super nice woman who lives on-site and you can pay for her to cook and buy groceries for you. OMG her cooking was crazy good. My favorite was the sweet sticky mango rice, and also the curries, pad Thai, and everything fried! She also cleaned and even did our laundry, and when we left she gave us a bunch of bananas that she'd picked right there on the property (they were delicious!). And don't get me started on the mangoes, just thinking about them makes me want to go back right now. I really appreciated that she gave us our space/privacy as well.
- Awesome view, it was so relaxing to just chill by the pool and look out at the jungle.
- The property is gorgeous with tons of different plants and flowers.
- Mark also got us in touch with someone to pick us up from the airport and we ended up getting a couple rides from them and even renting a car for a day. They were awesome.
- The area has so much to explore and see, especially if you like more quiet and natural surroundings. I think the forest by the beach is a national park?
- Mark communicated a lot with us before our stay and gave us tons of information. Even while we were there he checked in to make sure everything was good.
Cons:
- Be careful with young kids. We had a couple scares with ours, just because there are some balconies with large gaps in the railing and long drops to the ground. A baby could easily fall through. Also the pool doesn't have a gate or anything around it, so be super careful with non-swimmers. There was some printed information inside the house that actually warned that it wasn't built for children, but I don't remember seeing that in the listing. Anyways, we still loved it but we had to keep a close eye on the kids.
- I wished there were at least a couple of windows or doors with screens so we could get a breeze at night without the bugs.
All in all, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!

I stayed at this super well located villa with a group of friends for a long weekend. The villa is a short walk from one of Phuket's best beaches.
The villa is very large with multiple living areas and plenty of space to lounge by the pool with a beautiful view to the ocean.
The staff in the villa are incredibly kind and helpful and ensure that the villa is as comfortable as it can be throughout your stay. Enjoy!
