Posizione buona, vicino al porto in un quartiere molto vivace e pieno di locali e negozi. Possibilità di parcheggiare in garage privati vicini alla casa. L' appartamento è molto spazioso e molto luminoso, è dotato di aria condizionata e pale nelle due camere. La cucina è ben attrezzata e funzionale. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ha sempre risposto velocemente ad ogni necessità.
Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'ascensore ed essendo al 6 piano non potevamo non prenderlo.

Die moderne Ausstattung mit Jalousien und gemütlichen Betten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Er hat sich schnell um defekte Sachen gekümmert.
Die Küche könnte eine Grundreinigung vertragen.
