Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt alles zu erreichen. Wirkt auf den ersten Blick alles ganz chic und modern.

Ich wollte es nicht glauben, aber es ist wirklich sehr laut/hellhörig. Man hört alles aus der Gasse als hätte man das Fenster offen (und durch die Lüftung auch Nachbarn, Gespräche/Radio). Ich bin wirklich nicht empfindlich, aber das was wirklich sehr laut, mit Ohrstöpseln ging es halbwegs. Nachdem ich im Nespresso Shop endlich die richtigen Kapseln für die Maschine gekauft hatte, konnte ich trotzdem keinen Kaffee machen, weil die Maschine hätte entkalkt werden müssen, ohne entkalken lief sie nicht und ich wollte nicht noch Geld für das Entkalker Set ausgeben wollte. Die Mikrowelle habe ich in etlichen Programmen probiert, eins über 15 Minuten, aber alles war kalt. Das Wifi Passwort habe ich erst nach 2 mal nachfragen erhalten (ich hatte allerdings geschrieben und nicht angerufen und zuerst das falsche bekommen).

Que las ventanas no tienen persianas y se escucha mucho el ruido de las calles a las tantas de la noche...huele un poco a darros..

Location and the rooftop terrace were the highlight. Very clean and modern. Bed very comfortable.

There wasn't an iron and when contacting them about it, no reply. Hot water runs out after a while but no big issue. Microwave did not work and there was a nespresso machine but no pods unfortunately.

The location is amazing, and there are two terraces with amazing views and an upstairs kitchen to keep your drinks cool. It does have the wow factor.

Very noisy, don't expect to sleep well. It isn't soundproofed as the main windows let the noise in. You can hear people leaving the clubs. The coffee machine didn't work, and the electric tripped 6 times. I did report this and got no response. Luckily, we weren't on the stairs when the lights went out, and my husband noticed where the fuse box was. Also, I couldn't get into the apartment initially. You are given a phone number to activate the door. It didn't work. Managed to get through to someone eventually. It is a business let, so the communication isn't great.
