Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Die Inhaberin war sehr nett und war jederzeit erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört zwar von der Straße nichts, aber jedes Wort was in der Wohnung drüber gesprochen wird. Wir hatten das Pech, das wir eine Gruppe von vier Personen über uns hatten, bis 12 Uhr nachts gefeiert haben, dann in den Club sind und dann von 4-6 Uhr morgens in der Wohnung weitergefeiert haben. Das Bad riecht sehr stark nach Abfluss. Wenn man aus dem Bett aufsteht und die Treppe nutzt muss man aufpassen, dass man sich nicht den Kopf stößt

The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious, even though there were some minor issues with the head height in the bedroom area due to the low ceiling.

The property is more than adequate for a short stay, but as we were staying for 10 days and trying to use many of the facilities we did encounter some issues. Some of these issues are basic flaws with the apartment, for example there is no hot water feed to the kitchen sink and the air-conditioning drains into a bucket that needs emptying every 2 to 3 days. The bathroom could do with a complete overhaul as it’s passed its sell by date and and a little bit grubby. I did privately send this and more to the owners and they suggested that all the issues would be addressed!
