+ clean and modern + well equipped + Nice view + In a good area (near the main bus station, but a few minutes from the beach side) + Good communication + Bedroom with not too much natural light (good for us as we were aiming to have as much dark as possible for the kids to sleep)
Not something very important, just minor improvements (e.g. the main door was moving due to the wind making noises in windy days/nights, at checkin please make sure the main door from the building is open)

The location was OK. It’s an old building, but the apartment is renovated and clean.
There was no AC, but luckily the weather was OK. Not enough supplies for the period we stayed, so we had to purchase everything (soap, shampoo, etc.)

Sono stati fantastici! Addirittura ho dimenticato i soldi nella cassaforte e me li hanno restituiti. Mai viste persone così oneste in questo mondo. La camera era bellissima e molto centrale! Vorrei ringraziare tutto lo staff in particolare Liliana. Tornerò a Tenerife sempre con questa fantastica agenzia!!!
