Beds were comfy. The apartment was clean throughout the balcony is amazingly spacious and a lovely place to chill in the evening. We had great pleasure sun lounging on the balcony. Overall, I slept really well very peaceful place to stay in the evening

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, ottime condizioni generali, situato al 6 piano di un palazzo molto grande, ma piuttosto tranquillo. Mobilio seminuovo. Materassi e cuscini nuovi, molto comodi. Cucina ben attrezzata, forno, forno a microonde, bollitore, frullatore, tostapane, lavatrice, ecc. Smart TV nel soggiorno e TV in ogni camera da letto. Acqua calda con boiler piuttosto capiente. L'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento si è dimostrata disponibile alle nostre richieste. Buona comunicazione. Ceck-in in autonomia, non si viene accolti da un agente e le chiavi sono in una keybox.

La terrazza purtroppo ha un' esposizione a nord-ovest che gode del sole solamente nelle ore pomeridiane. L'appartamento aveva alcune problematiche (risolte in parte in autonomia in parte con l'intervento di un tecnico) che andrebbero verificate prima dell' arrivo degli ospiti.

Brīžiem ļoti skaļi kaimiņi. Virtuve varētu būt labāk aprīkota.

Spacious apartment. Good kitchen en bathroom. Nice tv. Good balcony, although only sun between 13:00 and 17:00 (January) but nothing you can do about that. Also, very good communication with the host.

We did find the double bed very hard (but this is personal preference). The single beds were fine. Luckily we could choose as we were with two. The couch wasn’t very comfortable to be honest. And the lighting isn’t very cozy. I think a good couch and cozy lighting would really make a huge difference.
