Posizione strategica, vicino alla metro in una zona carina e ben servita. L'appartamento è spazioso e funzionale. Proprietario disponibile.
La biancheria da letto e da bagno aveva un cattivo odore, tipico di tessuti asciugati male e rimasti a lungo umidi. Gli asciugamani erano insufficienti: solo due a persona e mancavano quelli da bidet. Inoltre, il pannello paraspruzzi è un po' "arrangiato", di conseguenza faceva uscire acqua dalla doccia.

Appartamento esteticamente molto carino in uno stabile elegante, con ascensore e affacci interni, quindi silenzioso. Posizione ottima in un bel quartiere studentesco (città studi), con bar e ristorantini, a due passi dalla fermata metro Piola. Host sempre disponibile e reperibile.
Qualche difetto trascurabile nella pulizia, biancheria da letto invernale in pieno giugno; problemi nell'uscita dell'acqua calda, una tapparella bloccata. Ma Luca è stato molto disponibile e gentile nell'accogliere le nostre segnalazioni, e rimedierà per il futuro. E' anche salito su ad aiutarci.
