a stylish private apartment — spacious, with a bedroom, living room and bathroom, plus a shared patio with a table and grill. So many thoughtful touches: a kitchen with plates and cutlery, teas, coffee capsules, snacks, even wine glasses and a bottle of wine (we don’t drink, but it shows how much thought went into the comfort). We mainly booked it for the jacuzzi, to relax on our last evening before flying out, and that was wonderful. Sleeping was very comfortable and there’s plenty of space and storage. Overall a much more comfortable stay than our first hotel in Athens — perfect for resting before the next flight.

The jacuzzi had no clear, laminated instructions — everything came as text via Booking and was still confusing, including how to turn off the music. The shower is a flat open floor with no raised lip, so the water spread across half the bathroom, and there was no cloth or bucket to mop it up. This left wet footprints through the apartment and got slippery and a bit unsafe, especially with the toilet right next to it — you can’t avoid wet feet. A raised threshold or even a provided cloth would help a lot. Being in the city centre, there’s also some background noise (traffic, the occasional revving motorbike or siren) — normal for a big city, just worth knowing.

Our stay exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The location was amazing only a 3-minute walk to the metro station, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. Nearby, there is a fantastic restaurant as well as a wonderful bagel and coffee bar. After a full day of sightseeing, relaxing in the jacuzzi was absolutely perfect. Communication with the owner was also excellent, very fast, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Einfach alles top. Der Whirlpool war natürlich das Highlight. Die Heizungen haben auch alle super funktioniert bei der jetzt etwas kälteren Jahreszeit. Die Inhaber waren super freundlich und jederzeit gut erreichbar

Muy atentos con todo, el jacuzzi fue maravilloso. También nos suministraron frutas, yogures y otros productos que nos sentaron muy bien. El establecimiento estaba super limpio y preparado para todo, fue muy fácil todo el proceso de check-in/check-out y la comunicación con los dueños también fue muy rápida y sencilla. Además el kit de toalla y zapatillas es un puntazo que se agradeció muchísimo. Destacar también que a parte de que el jacuzzi era gigante, también permitía usarse como ducha y que había también sabanas extra para no pasar frío por la noche. En general muy contento con la experiencia, repetiria seguro y me parece una opcion fantastica.

Estaba todo muy bien, pero me gustaría que hubiera algun tipo de manual o folio con instrucciones para el jacuzzi. Quiza añadir un microondas/tostadora, pero no fue un impedimento ni nada ya que había sartén y horno.
