Tongyeong ist für ausländische Touristen noch ein Geheimtipp, aber als Stadt und mit seinen Inseln (z. B. Yujido) wunderschön. Daher kann in der ganzen Stadt, weder im Hotel noch in den Touristeninfos irgendjemand Englisch. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.
Zimmer ohne Schrank, Gänge etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig grau gestaltet. Alles ist sehr praktisch gemacht, nicht zur Erholung.

Tolles Zimmer, Meerblick gebucht und es hatte tatsächlich den Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen. Das Zimmer war von der Größe und Ausstattung 1a. Es wurde auch täglich gereinigt, was wir in Südkorea nicht oft hatten.
Das Frühstück ist sehr bescheiden, Kaffee und Marmeladentoast. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr anonym, da es keinen öffentlichen Bereich gibt, in dem man andere Gäste treffen könnte.

Close to the main ferry port. Cheap & clean. Room small but better than expected for the price.
Pillows are awful - hard like bricks. Note the breakfast - this is very cheap, nothing fresh and poor quality: white bread & jam or sugared cereal or instant noodles. There are hard boiled eggs with a notice to take only one. There is also a notice in the breakfast room about CCTV - it feels more like a prison than a hotel!!
