It was easy to find, was private, and comfortable.
The bathroom, it has a water leak between the tiles in one section underneath the hand basin that is constant, using the squeegee many times didn’t help. Other than that it was great.

Facilities good though still need some better ensuite floor levelling ? Always needs screeding water away from where you want to stand in main floor area.
Nothing more except tiles/water fall levels in ensuite And off street in parking would be more secure for vandalism opportunism I guess .

The location was very good for my needs
The bathroom was clearly put together DIY and needed a thorough clean post construction. Also, a sheet should be placed between the bed sheet and the doona
