Le descriptif de l’appartement était très bien fait et correspondait tout à fait à ce que nous attendions. L’appartement est très bien agencé et vraiment très propre. La décoration est de très bon goût. Appartement de luxe est est 5* ++ Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bien situé au calme avec toute les commerces à proximité. Je suis une habituée de deauville et cet appartement est plus que top. Et le jardin pour couronné le tout est vraiment magnifique avec chaise longue, table pour déjeuné en plein soleil. Appartement très lumineux. J’y retournerai avec plaisir … je vous le recommande.

Je conseille ce logement de charme

Le logement est très bien situé, avec un accès proche plage et d’un carrefour à pied. Une place de parking en sous terrain sécurisé est disponible. Indispensable pour Deauville ! Au niveau du logement, très bien décoré, propre et tous les éléments sont disponibles : produits ménagers, lave linge, lave vaisselle, serviettes… lit bebe à la demande ! Le jardin était très agréable Merci à Hervé pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité lors demande nos échanges.

Perfekte Lage in gepflegter Residenz mit Tiefgarage, zu Fuss in 3min. zum Strand und Promenade , ebenfalls kurzer Weg zum Supermarkt Chice und sehr saubere Wohnung , alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden Eigener Garten mit Gartenmöbeln, Sofabett sehr bequem Nette Vermieterin, Wohnungsübergabe komplikationslos

Ein entspannter und schöner Aufenthalt bei tollem Wetter.

Sehr schöne neu eingerichtete FeWo. Geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Alles in toller Qualität. Durch den Garten und eine Außentür gelangt man innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem Supermarkt. Der PKW kann in einer Tiefgarage mit sehr kurzem Weg zur FeWo abgestellt werden. Sehr gepflegte und sehr saubere Anlage. Der Strand ist in ca. 8 Minuten erreichbar.

Der Toilettensitz befindet sich in einer engen Nische für große Personen nicht sehr bequem. Es ist kein richtiges Bett vorhanden. Es handelt sich um eine gute Schlafcouch, die aber mit einem vernünftigen Bett nicht mithalten kann. Das es sich um eine Schlafcouch handelt ist in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Daher muss jeder vorab entscheiden, ob dies ausreichend ist. Nach unserer Wertung für ein paar Tage O.K.
