Het apartement was mooi, groot, schoon en goede faciliteiten

In de avonden begon een airco/ pomp hard te zoemen. Maar verder geen nadelen aan dit verblijf gehad.

Amalia 44 is a very nice apartment in a nice complex located within easy walking distance of the main area of Torrevieja, beach and shops. Access is via Calle Maestro Quino. Aldi and Dialprix supermarkets are nearby. The apartment was clean, tidy and very well equipped, a comfortable bed and plenty of storage and hangers. Although the space is cool, the air conditioning was a welcome addition. The rooftop terrace is a lovely space. As we came by car, we were given access to a parking space in the underground garage. The pools and gardens of the complex are well maintained. We had a very nice stay.

In the main bathroom, the sink and shower do not drain properly. The light above the mirror in the 2nd bathroom was broken. No-one came to fix it. There was no information on how to operate any of the appliances, ie oven, hob, m/wave, washing machine, a/c. Although we had use of the parking space, you needed a code to exit, which we were not given and the agent did not know or bother to obtain this for us. There is a limit of 20kwh of electric use per day. If you exceed this, it is deducted from your additional EUR 250 damage deposit which in itself is excessive. You are told this via WhatsApp a few days before you arrive. We stayed for 7 nights and were charged EUR 130 cleaning fee. Despite this, we were asked to 'leave all used towels and sheets in 1 place, remove all the garbage, empty the fridge, freezer and dishwasher'. A previous review mentioned the ashtray with butts still in it. It was still there so reviews are not monitored.

La ubicación es inmejorable, todo lo tienes cerca, comercios, alimentación, playa a pocos metros y piscina en la misma urbanización. Muy buena equipación del apartamento

Avisamos con una hora de antelación,previo check in días días antes , a pesar de eso llegaron tarde para hacernos la entrega de llaves y al llamar no cogieron el teléfono. Nuestra sorpresa fue , que, hay que pagar la luz ( cuanto esto no aparece en ninguna de las condiciones del alojamiento al contratarlo) por lo que tienes 20 kWh/ día. ( Hay que contar aire acondicionado, lavavajillas...) La limpieza deficiente, colillas en la terraza y balcón. Las sábanas estaban húmedas, al hacer uso de ellas, tanto la de matrimonio como las individuales. Por no hablar del depósito de 250 euros ( en efectivo) que a pesar de estar reflejado en las condiciones, a mí juicio personal es abusivo .
