Es un buen piso, eso sí un poco más pequeño de lo que parece. Si bien es cierto que no estaba muy sucio al llegar, si que hubo algunas cosas que limpiar (sobretodo en el salón y la cocina). Tiene un buen sistema de ventilación y luces. Las personas que alquilan son bastante amables. Es una zona en la que mucha gente reserva para poder pasar tiempo en la playa.
La ubicación del lugar es horrible. Tanto como por el barrio (muy sucio y aire muy contaminado). La playa que queda más cerca no es de las mejores. Así que hay que ir en coche buscando otras opciones. Tampoco hay mucho que ver en Torrevieja en cuanto a cosas turísticas. Cerca hay un lago con flamencos a los que apenas se pueden ver, y también está algo sucio allí.
