Easy access
Bathroom not thoroughly cleaned. Mold n mildew on the wall grout and shower blind.
Toilet seat cover broken n water leakage of the bidet hose.

The unit is spacious for a family. Quite unit and beautiful balcony scenery. The kids love the large pool too.
The living room floor was quite cold. Since this is the main area where guests usually spend time, it might be more comfortable to have a carpet or mat

I was a little unclease about the forms I needed to fill out for arrival , but in the 24 hours before getting there it was all updated and clarified on the booking messages - you just need to keep checking those messages.

Nice balcony view, comfortable bedroom, good location , good for short 1 night stay only.
There is deposit RM200 to pay in online register form . Need to register first online and also at lobby which I feel unnecessary. Wasting our time. Too many instructions before Check in. Also need to wait to bank return the deposit.
Check in instruction given is not tally. The lift supposed at lobby not at ground floor. It makes us to find the lift around 30minute. Should give simple and correct instructions next time...
Not recommend for family or group people.
