The mailbox to collect the access card is nearby the lift, very near, not scary and far away like Meridian Medini homestay. Comfortable sofa at the lobby for the family while waiting the rest to park the car at the basement. Extra single mattress available. Full big bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Washing machine plus dryer, laundry basket, more than 30 cloth hangers, tooth brush, instant coffee. This helps a lot. The host is friendly, nice and helpful.

No lift from the basement parking to ground level. Difficult to separate adult, kids, grandparents and goods at the lobby while hubby going to the basement to park the car and going up by stairs. Lot of vacant units. Can easily count the occupied units at night. A bit scary. Lack of glass plates. Only 2 glass plates available, not standard design, like the free gift glass plates. Difficult to reheat foods in the microwave using plastic plate / bowl. Netflix locked. Only kids channel available.
