Zentral Lage, aber trotzdem keine Empfehlung.
Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit Restaurants gleich ums Eck, daher aber keine Parkmöglichkeit und gerade mit Gepäck mühsam zu erreichen. Auf den ersten Eindruck eine nette kleine Wohnung mit Charakter – vermutlich ehemals Stall oder Wirtschaftsgebäude. Ebenfalls angenehm, funktionierende Klimaanlage.
Lage im Erdgeschoß mit Bad im Keller und privatem Sitzbereich im Innenhof, der aber nicht zum Verweilen einlädt. Eingangstür aus Milchglas ohne Vorhang, so dass der Raum nachts nicht abgedunkelt werden kann. Das Bett war eine Katastrophe, nicht fest verschraubt und quietscht bei jeder Bewegung - an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Die Küchenzeile ist zweckmäßig aber leider voll mit alten Lebensmitteln und bräuchte dringend eine Tiefenreinigung. Das Bad ist durch die Lage im Souterrain feucht und der Trockner bringt leider keine Abhilfe, da dieser kalt bleibt.
