Our host Madeline is the pinnacle of professionalism. She was ever thoughtful and helpful, was easy to contact, and was dedicated to insuring our experience was a good one. Totally responsive and caring. One of the best hosts we've encountered in our travels.
We had a little problem with too much Carpet Fresh on the carpeting. Madeline explained that this was due to a previous guest and an unauthorized pet. Clearly a temporary problem that would mend itself with a carpet cleaning.
