Awful
Could not use the shower because it flooded the kitchen when turned on. They knew there was a problem but thought they had a temporary fix. Well it wasn’t fixed at all. Should never have been rented out till fixed correctly.

Scam scam scam people could have gotten hurt.
This property was occupied when I arrived. I was given the access code and entered the property at 357 Piper Avenue. Upon entering the property the home was fully occupied with clothing, shoes, toys, trash, and children playing in (video 1 attachment). I immediately called 757-751-9130, the number listed on Evlove’s Trip Summary (attached) to inform Evolve that the home was occupied. I was informed that the house was just cleaned and that I was being dishonest. The representative informed me I will not be receiving a refund and that no one would visit the property under any circumstances to address the concern. I was then called a “bitch” and the phone hung up.
I did not stay at the property. Bookings needs to due more due diligence
