The villa has wonderful sea view, is freshly built and modern. It has great pool and terrace where you can enjoy beautiful sunset. Some fantastic beaches are close by that you can reach by car in 10 minutes or even walk to (3km). There are some good restaurants nearby (Avra Tavern and Greco Levante) and a small grocery store in Athani village (1,7km). The host was very helpful and responsive.
The road up to the villa is not completely paved, but once you get used to it does not bother any longer.

The Villa has the most amazing views and is so peaceful. A perfect spot to relax and unwind. Manus was so helpful and kind. Cleaning and towel change during our stay was fantastic. Best beaches and Restaurants nearby- but you need a car- preferably a SUV.

Absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre, sehr komfortabel für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub! Die großzügige Terrasse ist perfekt für angenehme Tage am Pool mit Traumblick auf das Meer.
Das man kaum an die Strände fährt, weil man die Zeit am Haus maximal nutzen möchte! 😉
